- 16 Conversation components documented: live answer, thread panel, composer, model picker, voice capture, voice orb, tool call, artifact card, image generation, rich text editor, prompt starters, prompt library, attachment tray, response versions, answer action bar, and feedback sheet.

- 7 Agent status components documented, including status pill, thinking, reasoning trail, agent phases, step loader, action log, and context meter.
- Docs landing page redesigned — a quieter hero with live, self-animating component previews and the full library advertised as preview cards.
- Component documentation updated and sections reorganised for clarity (Agent status, Conversation, Charts and tables, Dates, Forms and inputs).
- Light wordmark asset added so the logo reads correctly in dark mode.
- GitHub Pages deployment enabled, with the private components repository read through a GitHub App token in CI.
- Initial commit — docs site scaffolded on Next.js and Fumadocs.
